Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements and reports.
  • Perform regular audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Ensure tax compliance, optimize tax strategies, and file corporate tax returns.
  • Manage financial systems and control master data of the general ledger.
  • Review and reconcile income statements and financial transactions.
  • Provide expert advice on tax planning, accounting practices, and business financial strategies.
  • Liaise with clients, internal teams, and external auditors.
  • Conduct risk analysis and implement financial controls.
  • Manage junior accountants and supervise accounting teams.
  • Ensure adherence to national and international financial regulations.
  • Support financial audits, reporting, and transparency in financial affairs.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Chartered Accountant qualification is mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master's preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years post-qualification work experience in accounting, auditing, taxation, or financial advisory roles.
  • Proficient in accounting standards, regulatory frameworks, and taxation laws.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
