The Garage Receptionist acts as the first point of contact for customers visiting the workshop. The role is responsible for welcoming clients, managing appointments, coordinating with mechanics and service advisors, and ensuring smooth customer service operations in the garage environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers upon arrival and assist with inquiries in a professional manner.

Schedule, confirm, and update service appointments.

Record customer details, vehicle information, and service requests accurately.

Coordinate with mechanics, technicians, and supervisors to ensure timely service delivery.

Handle incoming phone calls and respond to customer queries.

Issue service orders, invoices, and receipts as required.

Maintain records of daily service activities and customer interactions.

Ensure the reception and waiting area are clean, welcoming, and organized.

Handle complaints professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.

Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and basic reporting.
