Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a MIFOS Developer ( 5-7 Years) located in Noida. The MIFOS Developer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining software solutions using the MIFOS platform CBS for Micro Finance Banks. Day-to-day tasks include coding, testing, debugging, and documenting programs, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience in MIFOS platform development, software implementation, and maintenance
- Proficiency in Java, Spring, Hibernate, and other relevant programming languages
- Strong understanding of banking and financial services industry and related software solutions
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment, and excellent problem-solving skills
- Experience with database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL
- Good knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail
- Experience with Agile and DevOps practices is a plus
