One stream Developer
Location – PAN India
Key Responsibilities
Experience

  • Lead the implementation of OneStream solutions, including configuration, data integration, and application development.
  • Create custom scripts, workflows, and reports to extend the functionality of OneStream applications.
  • Conduct comprehensive testing to ensure the accuracy, performance, and alignment of solutions with client requirements.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to clients, ensuring they fully adopt and utilize OneStream solutions.
  • Develop detailed documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and technical manuals.
  • Support data analysis, data management, data governance, dashboard monitoring, data quality, data controls, data lineage, and data mapping.
  • Troubleshoot and enhance security models, event processes, custom dashboards, reports, business rules, and member formulas.
  • Collaborate with other team members to identify and resolve issues within OneStream applications.
  • Work alongside the development team and project managers to deliver exceptional solutions while adhering to project timelines.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Oversee all phases of the system development and implementation lifecycle, from gathering and documenting requirements to developing test plans, training materials, and delivering training sessions.
  • Lead OneStream projects through all stages: requirements gathering, design, development, testing, training, implementation, and ongoing support.
  • Collaborate effectively and communicate clearly across all levels of the organization.
  • Apply creative problem-solving and technological solutions to address business challenges.
  • Ensure adherence to project standards and timelines, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while navigating ambiguity.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in implementing OneStream and one or more other EPM technologies (e.g. HFM, PBCS/ePBCS, Essbase, etc.)
  • Data Consolidation & Financial Close process across any large Enterprise
  • Thorough understanding of quarterly close, year end close process.
  • Ability to translate functional requirements into tech specs and speak the "jargon".
  • At least 2 years of experience with any programming languages i.e. Python, Java, .Net, Visual Basic etc
  • 1 year experience with system integrations via REST API's, JSON, XML, SFTP et al.
  • 2 years experience with being able to write strong SQL queries
