Job Title: Junior Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager with 2–3 years of experience to assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering projects. The ideal candidate will support senior project managers in ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. This role offers an excellent opportunity for growth and to develop strong project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and tracking progress.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
  • Support in preparing project documentation, status reports, and presentations.
  • Monitor day-to-day project activities and escalate issues as needed.
  • Help identify risks and contribute to developing mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Facilitate communication between team members, clients, and vendors.
  • Maintain project management tools and update records regularly.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in project coordination or project management.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or MS Project.
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Certification in project management (CAPM, Agile, Scrum, etc.) is a plus.
