About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced
ServiceNow Developer
specialized in
Order Management for Telecom (OMT)
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing solutions on the ServiceNow platform, with a strong understanding of telecom order orchestration and customer service processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions specifically for the
    Order Management for Telecom (OMT)
    module.
  • Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and propose solutions.
  • Build and maintain ServiceNow catalog items, workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and custom applications.
  • Configure and customize Order Management modules to handle:
  • Product Orders
  • Service Requests
  • Provisioning workflows
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems, OSS/BSS platforms, and telecom legacy systems.
  • Support UAT, troubleshoot defects, and optimize performance related to order management processes.
  • Work within Agile delivery frameworks—participate in stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure adherence to technical standards, coding best practices, and ServiceNow security guidelines.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
  • Strong expertise in
    ServiceNow Order Management for Telecom (OMT)
    module.
  • Experience with
    CSM (Customer Service Management)
    and/or
    ITSM
    is highly desirable.
  • Strong proficiency in:
  • JavaScript
  • REST / SOAP integrations
  • Flow Designer
  • Service Portal development
  • Telecom business process knowledge:
  • Order-to-Activation
  • Product Catalog management
  • Fulfillment workflows
  • Ability to produce technical documentation (design docs, deployment guides).
  • Experience working in
    Agile / DevOps
    environments.
