Production Chemist

The fresh M.Sc. candidate after appointment is given six months

training in various sections of the plant and there after deputed in shift

duty in parallel with other supervisor in any section to operate the plant

and get confidence.

The following are the main activities carried out by M.Sc.

candidates in shift operations as a shift supervisor.

1. Operations of equipment like Pumps, Blowers, Compressors,

Reactors, Heat Exchangers, Filters, Dryers, Electrolyzers etc.

1. Chemical analysis/ Analytical works of process system.

2. DCS (Distributed Control System) operation from Control Room.

3. Recording of Analytical results and process parameters in log

sheet.

1. Preparation & Recording of Shift Reports in log book.

2. Coordination & Communications works in shift with Service

department's people & Shift Engineers/ shift In charge.

1. Following and maintaining safety & Environment related works of

the sections.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14, ₹18,000.00 per month
