1 Finance Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Junior Product Manager. This entry-level role is ideal for someone passionate about product development and eager to grow in a fast-paced fintech environment. You will support the product management team in planning, execution, and delivery of innovative software solutions that enhance customer experience and drive business success.

Job Responsibilities:

Product Development Support

• Assist in planning and executing product development initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, QA, and customer success to ensure timely delivery.

Customer and User Insights

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights.
• Analyze feedback from surveys, analytics, and support channels to inform product decisions.

Documentation and Communication

• Create and maintain product documentation such as user stories, feature specs, and roadmaps.
• Communicate product goals and updates effectively across teams and stakeholders.

Project Coordination

• Support coordination of project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Track progress and report on key milestones and metrics.

Product Performance Analysis

• Monitor product performance and user engagement metrics.
• Provide data-driven recommendations for enhancements and new features.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Basic understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle.
• Familiarity with tools like Azure, Figma, Whimsical, JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
