Role Overview
We are seeking a Digital Marketer who can own and manage the company's online presence end-to-end. This role blends branding, content writing, web management, and UI/UX design to create a professional, engaging, and user-friendly digital identity. The ideal candidate will be both a creative storyteller and a website manager, capable of ensuring our platforms are visually appealing, informative, and aligned with our brand strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and publish brand-driven content (blogs, case studies, social posts, brochures, and web copy).
Manage and maintain the company website (WordPress/CMS), including updates, performance monitoring, and basic troubleshooting.
Enhance website UI/UX by creating wireframes, layouts, and design mockups that improve user experience.
Optimize content with SEO best practices to drive organic reach.
Monitor and analyze website traffic, engagement, and performance, suggesting improvements.
Design and manage visual assets (website banners, creatives, social media graphics).
Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
Collaborate with leadership to execute a branding-first digital strategy.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, branding, and web management.
Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and responsive web design.
Hands-on experience with WordPress/CMS.
Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS is an added advantage.
Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva).
Excellent content writing and storytelling skills.
Working knowledge of SEO and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console).
Preferred Skills
Experience in B2B / industrial / real estate marketing.
Ability to coordinate with developers for advanced web functionalities.
Knowledge of email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
