Role Overview
We seek a skilled Azure Cloud Engineer with experience in cloud infrastructure and administration. The role involves deploying, managing, and optimizing Azure environments, ensuring security, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deploy and manage Azure resources (VMs, VNets, NSGs, Load Balancers, Storage Accounts).
  • Configure RBAC, Key Vault, Defender for Cloud, and implement security best practices.
  • Automate tasks using Terraform, ARM Templates, PowerShell, Azure CLI.
  • Monitor environments with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and respond to incidents.
  • Support cloud migration from on-premises or cross-cloud setups.
  • Manage Windows/Linux servers, backups, and disaster recovery using ASR and Recovery Vault.
  • Maintain documentation for configurations, deployments, and operational procedures.

Additional Infra/Admin-Level Responsibilities

  • Configure networking (subnets, routing, firewalls, DNS) and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
  • Manage identity and access via Azure AD, Conditional Access, MFA.
  • Handle performance tuning, patching, and updates for cloud workloads.
  • Assist in cost optimization using Azure Pricing Calculator and Cost Management tools.

Requirements

  • 3 to 10 years experience in Azure Cloud (IaaS, PaaS, Networking, Security).
  • Basic scripting in PowerShell/Bash; knowledge of CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions).
  • Exposure to AWS is a plus.

Certifications (Preferred)
Microsoft Certified :

  • AZ-900 (Azure Fundamentals)
  • AZ-104 (Azure Administrator)
  • AZ-500 (Azure Security Engineer)
  • AZ-700 (Azure Network Engineer)
  • AZ-305 (Azure Infrastructure Solutions )
  • AWS Cloud Practitioner or Solutions Architect Associate (Good to have).
