Objective:

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Site Engineer (Civil) based in Gujarat to oversee on-site labour management and deployment via the Bandhoo platform. The role involves regular site visits, workforce coordination, and ensuring smooth execution at client sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily site visits to monitor labour attendance and maintain records
  • Manage labour documentation and resolve worker issues promptly
  • Facilitate onboarding of skilled and unskilled workers through the Bandhoo app
  • Coordinate workforce deployment across Bandhoo's projects
  • Collaborate with local labour suppliers and contractors
  • Register new workers and re-engage experienced ones
  • Manage on-site inventory/store efficiently

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of site experience
  • Fluent in Hindi and Gujarati
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Age below 25 years
  • Bike ownership or access for travel across sites
