Key Responsibilities:

  • • Handle inbound calls related to travel bookings and support
  • • Provide solutions for booking modifications, cancellations, and refunds.


•Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

  • • Work closely with internal teams and travel partners.

Skills Required:

  • • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • • Knowledge of travel industry tools (GDS like Amadeus, Sabre, etc. is a plus).
  • • Ability to work in rotational shifts.
  • • Customer-oriented attitude and patience.
