Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Investment Officer-Business Development to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are passionate about finance and eager to build a rewarding career in the investment services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, and referrals
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable investment products and financial services
• Support senior sales and advisory teams in client acquisition and onboarding processes
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and marketing materials
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, financial products, and regulatory updates
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance benchmarks

Qualifications:

• BBA / MBA, Investment Finance, Economics, Marketing, Sales
• Strong interest in investment products, and capital markets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in a sales-oriented role
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
