Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced
Full Stack Developer
skilled in building scalable applications using
React
and

. The ideal candidate will also leverage AI-assisted development tools such as
GitHub Copilot
to accelerate development cycles and mentor junior developers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain frontend applications using
    React (Hooks, Context API, State Management)
  • Build, scale, and secure backend services and APIs using
    (Express/NestJS preferred)
  • Leverage
    GitHub Copilot
    and similar AI-powered tools to boost productivity, improve code quality, and enable rapid prototyping
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Product, QA) to deliver robust software solutions
  • Write clean, reusable, and well-tested code (Unit, Integration, E2E testing)
  • Ensure performance, scalability, and security of applications
  • Participate in code reviews, promote software development best practices, and mentor junior developers
  • Deploy and monitor applications in cloud environments (
    AWS, GCP, Azure
    )

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4 – 6 years of experience in Full Stack Development
  • Strong proficiency in
    React
    (component-driven architecture, performance optimization)
  • Solid expertise in

    with
    Express or NestJS
    frameworks
  • Experience in designing and consuming
    RESTful APIs
    (GraphQL is a plus)
  • Proficiency with relational and non-relational databases (
    PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB
    )
  • Hands-on experience with
    GitHub Copilot
    or other AI-assisted coding tools
  • Familiarity with
    CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes
  • Strong understanding of software design patterns and clean coding principles
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Good to have:

  • Proficiency in
    TypeScript
  • Knowledge of
    Microservices
    and
    Serverless Architecture
  • Experience with testing frameworks:
    Jest, Cypress, Mocha
  • Open-source contributions or experience using AI coding tools in production environments
