Position Overview:We at Ambuja Neotia looking for a energetic and dynamic Assistant Manager Marketing to drive sales and execute marketing strategies across various ongoing projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving monthly sales targets, exploring new marketing opportunities, and ensuring effective client interaction at our site offices. The role will also involve frequent business tours for Below-the-Line (BTL) activities and exploring new project locations for marketing expansion.
Key Responsibilities:Achieve Sales Targets:Work towards meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets for the company's residential and commercial projects. Collaborate with the sales team to drive sales by implementing effective marketing strategies. 2. Explore
New Marketing Ideas:Develop and execute new marketing ideas and strategies tailored for specific projects. Collaborate with the project teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with project objectives. 3. Business Tours and BTL Activities:Regular business tours to project sites and locations to conduct Below-the-Line (BTL) activities such as events, exhibitions, and site promotions.
Explore and assess new locations where Ambuja Neotia projects are either running or upcoming, identifying opportunities for marketing interventions. 4. Client Interaction at Site Offices:Handle the marketing office at project sites, ensuring consistent client engagement and resolving client queries. Provide necessary information to clients regarding ongoing and upcoming projects, assisting in their decision-making process.
5. Marketing Material Development:Create and present professional PowerPoint presentations (PPT) to showcase project features and promotional activities. Use advanced Excel skills to analyze and report on marketing activities, sales data, and project performance. 6. Collaboration with Internal Teams:Coordinate with sales, project management, and design teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns.
Provide regular updates to senior management regarding marketing initiatives, sales progress, and any new marketing opportunities. Key Skills and Qualifications:Educational Qualification:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA in Marketing or related specialization is a plus.
Experience:Minimum 4-8 years of experience in marketing, preferably in real estate or similar industries. Demonstrated experience in achieving sales targets and successfully executing marketing campaigns. Skills:PPT Presentation Skills: Strong ability to create impactful presentations for internal and client meetings.
Excel Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel for data analysis, reporting, and creating performance dashboards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and internal teams. Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Creative thinking with the ability to adapt marketing strategies to specific projects. Personal Attributes:Highly proactive and self-motivated. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable with frequent travel and working in diverse locations. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
