Job Purpose

We are seeking a skilled ADF and Power BI, Tableau Developer and Admin to design and develop insightful dashboards and reports to support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and maintaining Power BI, Tableau admin and reports and analytics solutions. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements and transform raw data into actionable insights.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Tableau and Power BI Admin and Reports Development:

• Develop and maintain the organization's data architecture framework, Report develop and admin, standards, and guidelines.

• Design scalable, high-performance data/Report solutions that meet business requirements and integrate seamlessly with existing systems.

• Project Delivery:

• Planning, execution, and successful delivery of data architecture projects, ensuring they meet the defined scope, timelines, and budget.

• Manage project teams, including internal resources and external vendors, to deliver data architecture solutions.

• Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and implement changes as necessary to achieve project goals.

• Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into technical requirements.

• Provide regular updates to senior management on the status of data architecture projects.

• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure effective communication and delivery.

• Quality Assurance:

• Implement quality assurance processes to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and performance of reporting solutions.

• Conduct regular reviews and assessments of data architecture implementations to ensure they meet the required standards.

• Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data architecture and delivery management.

• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in data architecture and project delivery processes and reporting.

• Determining the appropriate data architecture design and technology stack for each project.

• Prioritizing project tasks and resources to ensure successful delivery within constraints.

• Addressing and resolving any issues or risks that arise during the delivery of data architecture projects.

Major Challenges

• Managing the complexity of designing and implementing scalable report development and admin in a rapidly changing technological environment.

• Balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders while ensuring that data reporting solutions are delivered on time and within budget.

• Ensuring data architecture solutions are future-proof and can adapt to evolving business and technology landscapes.

Required Qualifications and Experience

a) Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.

• Certifications in data architecture, cloud platforms, or project management are a plus.

b) Work Experience

- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in data architecture.

• Proven experience in designing and delivering large-scale data architecture solutions.

• Strong experience with data modeling, data integration, and database design.
