About the Role

We are looking for a
Program Operations

professional to lead program delivery at Elevate Now. This is a leadership role where you will be responsible for building structure and efficiency into our care delivery engine — spanning coaching, medical consultations, diagnostics, and member support. You will manage a high-performing team of managers and program associates, working closely with product, technology, and customer experience functions to drive smooth execution and consistently high outcomes for our members.

This role requires someone who thrives in
fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments

and can bring the right balance of process discipline and entrepreneurial hustle. You will be at the center of scaling our operations, ensuring thousands of members have a seamless journey across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and lead
    end-to-end program operations

, ensuring high-quality delivery of flagship and trial programs.

  • Build, refine, and scale
    processes, SOPs, and metrics

that improve efficiency and ensure operational excellence.

  • Manage and mentor a team of managers and program associates, driving accountability and performance.

  • Partner with product, tech, and experience teams to identify gaps, streamline workflows, and deliver better member outcomes.

  • Drive
    renewals, referrals, and escalations

with a focus on improving retention and member satisfaction.

  • Track KPIs across program delivery and create dashboards/reports for leadership visibility.

  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and support continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • 7–10 years of experience in
    program management or operations

, ideally in a
startup or fast-growth environment

.

  • Proven track record of leading teams, scaling operations, and delivering measurable results.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to
    translate data into decisions and improvements

.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

  • A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and can
    set up systems from scratch

  • Experience in
    health-tech or healthcare startups

is a strong plus, though not mandatory.
