Responsibilities:
Area Business Manager Sales In & Sales Out
Key Responsibilities:
Drive primary (Sales In) and secondary (Sales Out) sales targets
Monitor distributor performance & overall channel health
Coordinate with retailers and RSOs/SOs for execution of sales strategy
Analyze market trends, competition, and sales data
Ensure product availability, visibility, and market share growth
Area Sales Manager Channel Development
Key Responsibilities:
Develop & expand retail and distribution channels in assigned areas
Appoint and manage distributors, retailers, and key partners
Implement trade marketing, BTL (Below The Line) activities, and promotional campaigns
Train, support, and onboard new channel partners
Drive sell-out strategy and ensure strong market penetration
