  • Responsible for the procurement of Gearbox materials including shafts, bearings, gears, and oil shields.
  • Manage the purchase of materials required for the assembly of Gearboxes and Rotavators.
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
  • Select the best suppliers based on pricing, quality, and delivery performance.
  • Oversee the assembly process of Gearbox components to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Supervise inventory and storage of Gearbox and Rotavator materials.
  • Ensure all components (shaft, gearbox, bearing, gears, oil shield) are available for assembly.
  • Purchase Jobwork services, ensuring proper quality standards are maintained.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for machining and assembly work related to Gearbox and Rotavator production.
  • Negotiate prices with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement.
  • Review and assess supplier quotes, ensuring the most competitive terms are chosen.
  • Evaluate vendor performance to ensure quality, timeliness, and cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Accounts department to manage payment processing for purchases.
  • Ensure that all purchase-related invoices are processed correctly and promptly.
  • Track and manage purchase orders and deliveries, ensuring proper documentation.
  • Maintain adequate stock levels of critical materials required for assembly.
  • Manage inventory of Gearbox components to avoid shortages and ensure smooth production.
  • Maintain proper documentation for all purchases, orders, and vendor communications.
  • Prepare periodic reports on purchases, stock levels, and vendor performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
