As the Reporting Analyst you will help drive critical business decisions by analyzing metrics and designing reports.  You communicate these results to stakeholders and often provide suggestions based on the findings.

Position Responsibilities

  • Develop business analysis and data recording systems for departmental implementation.

  • Maintain databases and perform updates as necessary to ensure accuracy

  • Regularly examine data reports to identify and rectify errors

  • Gather data and perform statistical analysis for various types of business reports

  • Communicate the results of data analysis in written and verbal form to managers regularly

  • Develop automated business reports that provide insight into key data points leveraging on available Google tools (Apps Script, Macros, PLX, Data Studio)

  • Create intelligent and automated tools tailored to the business requirements through careful scoping and evaluation with key stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and oral) and stakeholder management at multiple levels

  • 2+ years relevant workforce management experience or equivalent

  • Exposure to multi-channel and multi skill inbound/outbound processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of contact center methodologies, process requirements and capabilities

  • Ability to use SQL, Google Sheets in creating pivot tables, graphs and charts

  • Experience developing automated front-end reports and tools with business intelligence (BI) suites (Google Apps Script, Macros, SQL, PLX, Data Studio, Tableau, etc.).
