Hiring: React & React Native Lead Developer - Team Lead

Location: Krishnarajapuram, Bengaluru

Position: Lead Frontend Developer – Web & Mobile

Experience: 5+ Years (1 Year as Team Lead)

We are looking for an experienced React & React Native Lead Developer to drive frontend development across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will be a strong technical leader with hands-on expertise in building, optimizing, and scaling high-quality applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end frontend development for React and React Native projects (CLI & Expo).
  • Architect scalable, modular, and high-performance UI components.
  • Mentor and guide a large development team (20+ members) ensuring code quality, reviews, and best practices.
  • Work directly with clients for requirement gathering, technical discussions, and solution design.
  • Manage mobile app distribution on Google Play Store and Apple App Store (builds, signing, submission, compliance).
  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across devices and platforms.
  • Collaborate in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills & Expertise

  • Strong expertise in React, React Native, JavaScript, TypeScript
  • Experience with frontend architecture, component design, performance optimization
  • Hands-on with:
  • Redux, Redux Thunk, Redux Saga
  • RTK Query, React Query
  • Expo and React Native CLI
  • Ability to maintain high code quality through reviews and best engineering practices
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
