Jagdalpur to Rowghat Railway Line Project, Chhattisgarh

Salary:

₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Negotiable based on skills and experience)

About the Role:

We are hiring a Junior Engineer for an ongoing railway infrastructure project between Jagdalpur and Rowghat. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of overall engineering experience, with a minimum of 2 years in railway-related projects (track work, signaling, civil works, etc.). The candidate will work under the supervision of senior engineers and contribute to the day-to-day execution, quality control, and coordination on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in the execution of railway project work as per drawings and specifications.

* Supervise and monitor construction activities on site (track laying, signaling, structures, etc.).

* Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project team to ensure timely progress.

* Prepare daily progress reports and submit to the Project Manager.

* Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards as per railway norms.

* Provide technical support in planning and execution phases.

* Resolve on-site issues in coordination with the engineering team.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

* Graduate Degree in civil engineering with minimum total experience of 3 years in execution of infrastructure project or Diploma in civil engineering with minimum total experience of 5 years in execution of infrastructure project .

* Relevant experience: minimum experience of 2 years in railway projects.

* Familiarity with railway construction standards, safety protocols, and project documentation.

* Ability to read technical drawings and understand site layouts.

* Proficient in basic project reporting and MS Office tools.

* Strong team collaboration and communication skills.

Preferred:

* Experience working with Indian Railways or on government railway projects.

* Knowledge of local language (Hindi or regional dialect) is a plus.
