About the Role

The position is responsible for Planning & organization skills to be able to run & monitor the production process by

determining quality control standards. Ensure optimal & safe operation.

Ensure efficient operations, troubleshoot to identify & resolve all issues efficiently. Monitor product standards & implement

quality control programs.

Responsible for managing a team, defining goals, communicating objectives & monitor team performance. Ensure all

activities and ensure all repair and operations according to required procedures.

  • Equipment repair, maintenance oversight, and operational adherence.
  • Equipment Operational Troubleshooting and root cause analysis (CAPA).

  • Readiness for Regulatory audits (ATR)

Role & Responsibilities: (Key accountability areas)

  • Manage all operations with the required yield & efficiency in view of the cost & quality of product required. Attention to

ensure high levels of quality.

  • Ensure all plant equipment's according to production specifications & prepare record. i.e. Checking record of all data from

equipment's are in operations.

  • Ability to act decisively & solve staff or equipment-related problems to organize repair & routine maintenance of control

systems & perform routine checks.

  • The ability to work under pressure & motivate others to meet deadlines. Take on new challenges. To handle Regulatory &

Customer audits.

  • Communication skills to delegate tasks, coach employees. Achieve company goals by proper planning, monitoring &

evaluating. Organize routine training sessions.

  • Ensure compliance with all policies & regulations. Enforces company policies & guidelines. Essential in managing a team's

efficiency & building a positive team environment.

  • Documentation: Audit experience within GXP
  • Fluent in English (written & verbal communication)
