This role emphasises hands -on development (80%) andteam leadership (20%). You should have expertise in either Flutter for frontenddevelopment or Python/Golang for backend systems. Knowledgeof trading and investment is a plus for building domain -specific features.Experience: 10+ years of professional experience in softwaredevelopment with a focus on Fullstack technologies.Responsibilities:Development (80%):Architect, design, and implement scalablesolutions using Flutter (frontend) or Python/Golang (backend).Write clean, efficient, and reusable code whileensuring high -quality standards.Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize performance inthe application stack.Collaborate with product managers, designers, andQA teams to deliver features on time.Team Leadership(20%):Mentor and guide junior developers, conductingcode reviews and technical sessions.Coordinate with cross -functional teams to ensuresmooth project execution.Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration,and technical excellence within the team.Frontend Expertise: Strong knowledge of Flutter framework. Experience in building responsive and dynamicuser interfaces. Proficiency in state management tools and Flutterwidgets, OR Backend Expertise:Proficient in Python or Golang, with experiencein building scalable APIs and services.Strongunderstanding of backend architecture, microservices, and cloud environments(AWS/GCP/Azure).
