About the Role

We're hiring for one of our esteemed MNC clients, seeking a
Senior Cloud Native & DevOps Techno-Business Practice Leader
to
own and lead the Cloud Native and DevOps practice end-to-end
.

This is a
Techno-Business Leadership role
with
deep ownership across development, technology, people, delivery, and business.
The selected leader will drive development, innovation, delivery excellence, client engagement, and practice growth — combining technical depth with strategic business acumen.

You won't just be managing — you will own and evolve a high-impact practice area. This role is ideal for entrepreneurial leaders who can work hands-on when needed, engage directly with customers, and guide teams toward building next-generation cloud-native and DevOps capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

·
Own the Cloud Native & DevOps practice with a strong focus on development, delivery, innovation, and customer success.

· Develop, evolve, and drive cloud-native delivery strategies, ensuring consistency, scalability, and efficiency.

· Act as a key client-facing leader, working closely with stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and drive transformation programs.

· Develop, build and strengthen offerings, accelerators, reusable assets, and frameworks that differentiate the practice.

· Support pre-sales, solutioning, and technical consulting engagements.

· Play a pivotal role in people leadership, including mentoring, hiring, and scaling high-performing, cross-functional teams.

· Collaborate across business units and geographies to enable enterprise-level impact.

· Maintain high standards of delivery quality, engineering best practices, and DevSecOps integration.

Core Competencies & Required Skills

·
Deep hands-on development expertise in Cloud Native architectures:

§ Kubernetes, Containers, GitOps, Service Mesh (Istio/Linkerd)

§ DevSecOps, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi)

§ Public Cloud platforms – AWS, Azure, or GCP

· Proven experience in developing, designing and delivering complex cloud-native solutions.

· Strong understanding of enterprise delivery, CI/CD, and modern application platforms.

· Ability to navigate across development, technical, business, and organizational boundaries.

· Exposure to practice building, thought leadership, and capability development.

· Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
