Inviting applications for the role of [Assistant Manager], [Record to Report]

In this role, independently manages assigned Record to Report activities, ensuring quality, timeliness, and compliance. Acts as a subject matter expert for junior team members and contributes to process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Expertise in handling RTR / Accounting Teams.
• Perform & Review end to end Month end close activities.
• Perform & review reconciliation and resolve and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and analyse Management Reporting with variance analysis.
• Review and Post Journal Entries.
• Fixed Asset creation, disposal & Depreciation
• Act as a point of contact for specific entities/regions.
• Process Improvement & Standardization of RTR activities
• Mentor and guide analyst on day-to-day activities
• Supporting audits by providing Schedules and documentation

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's/master's in finance/Accounting.
• Professional qualification (CA/CPA – partly or fully qualified preferred).
• Relevant years RTR/GL experience.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Advance MS Excel and ERP Expertise
• SAP & Blackline expertise
• Strong Technical Accounting Knowledge.
• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
