Quality Assurance Analyst/TDM Analyst

As a Quality Assurance Analyst/TDM Analyst, you'll test and perfect the fintech products that will change the way people around the world pay, bank and invest. This critical role involves supporting the CDP platform with testing activities and building TDM workflows in IICS or other TDM tools to support function.

This team is part of the Merchant Solutions Development group and involved in continuous development of Merchant Solutions for the CDP/Data Platform – connecting and simplifying payments across all your sales channels, whether in-store, online or mobile. The team comprises TDM engineers and analyst supporting legacy mainframe platform and QA analysts supporting testing activity on CDP/Snowflake. You will be an addition to the team as a TDM Analyst building workflows for CDS/Snowflake and supporting testing activities as needed). 

• Report to the TDM/Data Platform QA Manager and collaborate closely with Product Owner, Design, Development, and Test teams.

• Demonstrate deep expertise in Test Data Management, including data security, masking, synthetic data generation, and strategic test data planning.

• Generate, condition, provision, and mask test data, including creating macros and synthetic datasets, support legal and security audit readiness.

• Conduct ETL testing and data validation, create IICS workflows for TDM functions, and automate processes using Java/Python for CI/CD and self-serve jobs.

• Troubleshoot technical issues, report defects in Rally/Jira, and deliver regular progress/status updates.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies, manage projects independently from requirements gathering to test reporting, and maintain documentation for data masking solutions.

• Work with application and business teams to identify protected data, design test data strategies, and champion TDM best practices and continuous skill improvement.

• Handle escalations and project concerns, ensuring client expectations are met and collaborating with management and QA teams to implement effective test data frameworks.

What you'll bring

• 4-5 years as a TDM engineer with Informatica/IICS or other TDM tools; extensive functional testing experience and strong test documentation skills.

• Proficient in writing SQL queries for data validation testing (3+ years).

• Hands-on experience with Snowflake, AWS, and multi-cloud database technologies.

• Skilled in cloud-based database management systems; knowledge of heterogeneous data sources (Db/2, Snowflake, Oracle) is a plus.

• Familiarity with SOAP/REST APIs and Python for data automation testing preferred.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills; detail-oriented and quick learner.

• Collaborative team player with a proactive approach and passion for sharing knowledge.

• Ability to work effectively in virtual teams across multiple locations.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or other related discipline or the equivalent

•  Combination of education, training, or work experience.
