Our Digital and Data teams provide unique solutions to clients in integrity due diligence, ESG assessments, impact assessments, among other things.

Our business growth happens by Practices (industry verticals) and Partners build the business in their respective verticals.

With a presence across 5 locations in India and UAE/Saudi Arabia, Praxis Global Alliance has successfully served over 40 countries with a dedicated team of ~100 consultants and data scientists. Team Praxis works with entrepreneurs/founders and C-suite to the front-line executives across business streams, helping them with end-to-end business enablement, organizational transformation, and revenue maximization support in an agile environment.

About the role:

• As a consultant, assume a great deal of responsibility. You learn to manage the entire analytical process, become an expert on the clients issues and industry, and recommend solutions that make a real impact. Senior consultants / team leaders run multiple projects end to end, have full ownership of the deliverables and assume leadership roles on their team- as such, your teams successes also enhance your own personal results story.
• Exposed to more complex client interactions, consultants play the pivotal significant role in moving clients to action. You not only provide answers to questions but detail their strategic implications. You are also encouraged to support our culture of giving back by motivating your colleagues and the firm at large to apply their talents to support a particular social cause.

Key Responsibilities :

• Is the primary responsibility of the project delivery, client impact, project success, project management, team development and training
• Ownership of analysis on excel and be comfortable with handling data to derive meaningful insights
• Conceptualize and structure key initiatives for clients basis their priorities
• Work collaboratively with Praxis Principals, Associate Consultants, and cross-functional data science and technology teams
• Be extremely focused on outcomes; Be flexible to deal with ambiguous and dynamic environment, morph as required.

Desired background :

• Minimum 2-3 years of consulting, advisory or professional services experience from consulting firms or incorporates in internal strategy roles
• Any experience in line functions (even if non-advisory roles) will be considered a plus.
• Should have managed teams in prior roles

Desired Competencies :

• Should have prior experience in consulting firms / strategy roles in corporate
• Leadership skills - client impact, project management, team motivation and coaching
• Multi-tasking - Managing multiple projects and associate consultants requires a high degree of comfort managing multiple threads going around at the same time
• Strong levels of ownership and should demonstrate pride in output
• Analytical, ability to derive patterns from data / push for insights
• Resourcefulness and tactfulness in getting market inputs and client requirements
• Ability to work and influence in client settings and work collaboratively with counterparts in business partner teams to drive impact together at clients
• High focus on outcomes and must enjoy driving clients to action
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must and working understanding of PowerPoint desirable
• Must be a value-driven individual with high degree of integrity
