Job Description – Website Manager (Shopify & WordPress)

Location:
Mahipalpur, Delhi

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive
Website Manager
who can take complete end-to-end ownership of our company's websites, which are built on both
Shopify and WordPress
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless functionality, smooth user experience, and continuous optimization of our online presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain both Shopify and WordPress websites, ensuring high performance, uptime, and security.
  • Handle day-to-day operations including product uploads, content updates, theme customization, and plugin/app management.
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to implement landing pages, campaign pages, and new website features.
  • Optimize website speed, SEO, and overall user experience for desktop and mobile.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, coordinate with developers (if needed), and ensure timely resolution.
  • Monitor analytics, generate performance reports, and recommend improvements to increase conversions.
  • Ensure websites are aligned with brand guidelines and deliver a premium customer experience.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of hands-on experience in managing
    Shopify and WordPress
    websites.
  • Strong knowledge of
    themes, plugins, apps, customizations, and integrations
    .
  • Familiarity with
    HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Liquid (for Shopify)
    is a plus.
  • Experience with
    SEO, Google Analytics, GTM, and performance optimization tools
    .
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented and ownership mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate across teams.
