Social Media Marketing Intern
Location: Netaji Subhash Place, New Delhi (On-site)

About the Opportunity
Join a hands-on social media team focused on audience building, community engagement, and measurable growth for clients across industries. This on-site internship is ideal for self-starters who love storytelling through short-form video, community engagement, and data-driven optimisation.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Create high-impact social content (Reels, Shorts, static posts, carousels) tailored for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.

  • Write crisp copy — hooks, captions, CTAs, and hashtag strategies — aligned to campaign goals and brand voice.

  • Operate design tools (Canva, Adobe Spark) to produce polished visuals and coordinate quick edits with the creative team.

  • Schedule and publish content using social management tools; maintain content calendars and ensure adherence to deadlines.

  • Monitor community conversations, respond to comments/messages, and surface trends to grow engagement and brand sentiment.

  • Track performance metrics, prepare weekly reports, and recommend optimisations based on analytics insights.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.

  • Practical experience creating social content (personal projects, college pages, or freelance) with a portfolio or sample links.

  • Strong written communication skills and basic visual design skills using Canva or similar tools.

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with social scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite) and basic analytics (Platform Insights, Google Analytics).

  • Knowledge of short-form video editing (mobile apps like InShot, CapCut) and basic photo editing.
