We are looking for a skilled General Manager to lead our team at the JW Marriott Ranthambore Resort & Spa. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably with a background in managing luxury hotels and resorts.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Oversee daily operations of the resort, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead and motivate a team of hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to optimize profitability.
  • Foster strong relationships with guests, vendors, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing high-end hotels or resorts, preferably with a focus on luxury service delivery.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of hotel management systems, including property management software and revenue management tools.
  • Familiarity with labor laws, employment regulations, and health and safety standards.
