Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Hardware Technician located in Tiruvallur. The Hardware Technician will be responsible for the installation, support, and maintenance of hardware equipment. Daily tasks will include troubleshooting hardware issues, providing printer support, and delivering technical assistance to ensure seamless and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal performance of all hardware components and support equipment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Hardware Installation and Hardware Support.
- Experience in diagnosing and Troubleshooting technical issues.
- Basic to advanced knowledge of Printer Support.
- Strong Technical Support skills with the ability to provide timely resolutions.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an on-site environment.
- Previous experience in a similar role or relevant certifications is an advantage.
