Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Deputy Manager Tool Room at Indo Autotech Limited, located in Ahmedabad. The Deputy Manager will oversee the operations of the tool room, ensure efficient maintenance and management of tools, coordinate with teams for tool design and manufacturing, and manage projects effectively. The role involves supervising the tool room team, ensuring the timely delivery of tools, and coordinating with other departments to meet production and customer requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and decision-making
- Experience in Customer Service and the ability to liaise with clients effectively
- Proficiency in Project Management and Operations Management
- Ability to supervise and conduct Training for team members to ensure skill development
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of tool design and production processes
- Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Relevant experience in auto component/tool room operations
