• We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of QlikSense Developer
• Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for self and overall team's technical delivery. Responsible for technical lead, technical supervision, production support, mentoring team
• Responsible for end-to-end QlikSense dashboard development for CTO and IT Service Management users and stakeholders. MI report requirement gathering and analysis. Taking care of demand and prioritization process.
• Build and maintain dashboard data models. Build re-usable technical modules and components. Build and maintain solution design
• Responsible to enable self-service MI features. Responsible to demonstrate features/comparison of multiple BI tool
• Optimize report/dashboard performance. Data analysis, troubleshoot data issues effectively. Responsible for ITSO, Risk and Compliance for the owning MI application / solution
• Adherence to Data Security, SDLC process and task deliveries through agile methodology
• Manage production Support, Level1 queries and on-call support. Working with cross-functional teams, to understand requirement and design MI solutions
• Able to comprehend user business needs and concerns and integrate that understanding with technical skills. Able to articulate technical details, design, strategy to business users

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Development experience in QlikView, QlikSense and N-printing and other BI tools like PowerBI, Tableau
• Experience in GCP big query and looker studio, other cloud MI solutions. Strong experience in Qlik data modelling and Qlik administration
• Strong knowledge on data modelling and data warehouse concepts. Experience on set analysis and advanced development/extension components
• Experience on database SQL/Query writing and analysing data in database. Experience in Qlik QMC management and user administration and license management
• Experience in BI migration projects involving QlikSense and Power BI.Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and performance optimization
• Understanding of SDLC process and its importance in development process. Understanding of effective system controls and monitoring
• Experience in Jira/Azure DevOps and Confluence to manage deliveries in Agile ways. Knowledge on ITIL and ITSM framework, processes and ServiceNow application. Good to have experience in building AI/ML solutions
