Job Overview:

We are looking for an
energetic, creative, and dynamic
brand leader for the position of Associate Brand Manager. You will take ownership of our brand activities across social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn, with a focus on video content and offline brand marketing. This role requires a creative knack and passion, along with the ability to plan and execute campaigns, build associations, and forge partnerships with complementary brands and influencers to grow our online presence and maintain our reputation with a customer-first approach.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you will collaborate with founders, functional heads, and execution leaders to build a brand from the ground up and drive impactful communication and organic growth strategies.

This is a full-time, work-from-office role.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management

  • Take ownership of BabyMD's social media presence, ensuring a consistent brand voice and engagement across platforms (FB, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn).
  • Create monthly content calendars, planning and executing engaging posts, Reels, and live content independently.
  • Coordinate with external agencies to produce high-quality content.
  • Drive audience engagement, monitor relevant metrics, and implement strategies to boost growth and interaction through multiple formats, including live sessions and webinars.
  • Create strong social media personas for founders and doctors to create influential content across social media platforms.
  • Oversee Online Reputation Management (ORM), ensuring prompt and professional responses to online inquiries and feedback.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, conduct competitor analysis, and leverage insights to optimize social media strategies.
  • Coordinate with agencies for influencer marketing.

Content / Copywriting

  • Craft compelling ad copy for video scripts, static posts, and carousels that enhance click-through rates (CTR) and conversion.
  • Develop landing page content copy and collaborate on layouts to increase form fill percentages and overall lead generation.
  • Write persuasive ad copy and messaging for offline marketing initiatives, ensuring a strong and consistent brand presence.
  • Write and optimize SEO-driven blog content to improve BabyMD's online search visibility.
  • Review and quality-check SEO blogs written by other contributors, ensuring alignment with SEO best practices and brand voice.

Content Production:

  • Write scripts, plan, manage, and execute shoots to produce high-quality videos.
  • Any brand activity that aligns with the brand, for example, Vox Pop or Podcasts.

PR Management:

  • Collaborate with PR agencies and vendors to ensure brand visibility with founders and the VC community.
  • Regularly post on LinkedIn to stay relevant in the network.

Qualifications / Skills:

  • 3-6 years of experience in brand management, creative writing, content & video production, social media management, and an understanding of digital marketing & core metrics.
  • Strong storytelling skills and experience with branding campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and the ability to write and verify SEO-optimized content.
  • Proven track record of growing organic reach through social media.
  • Excellent communication and brand-building skills.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for keeping up with the latest trends in digital content and social media.
  • Ability to manage online reputation and customer feedback professionally.
  • Must have a portfolio of previous work.

Technical Skills:

  • Working experience with tools such as Canva / Adobe Suite / Figma or AI tools such as Midjourney, RunwayML, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini Nano Banana, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) and their analytics.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles.
  • Basic knowledge of video editing and reel creation would be a plus.

Creativity & Communication:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and creating clear, concise, and persuasive copy.
  • Project Management:
    Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, coordinate with agencies, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability & Trend Spotting:
    Ability to quickly adapt to changing social media trends and platforms, with a keen eye for identifying new opportunities for engagement and growth.
