Site Supervisor

The Site Engineer will be responsible for supervising on-site construction activities, ensuring quality execution of work, and coordinating with the project team and contractors to achieve project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and supervise day-to-day site work as per drawings and standards
• Prepare daily site reports and maintain documentation
• Monitor labour, materials, and site resources
• Maintain quality control and ensure safety protocols
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers
• Identify and resolve technical issues on site
• Ensure project activities are completed on time

Requirements:

• Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• 1–3 years of site experience (freshers with strong technical skills may apply)
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and drawings
• Excellent communication & coordination skills
• Ability to handle labour and site challenges

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
