Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Assistant/Deputy Manager Sales at SOBHA Limited. The role involves managing sales activities, identifying prospective clients, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. As part of the team, you will conduct client meetings, follow up on leads, execute marketing plans, and ensure an excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales, Client Management, and Business Development.
  • Ability to develop and execute effective Sales and Marketing strategies.
  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills to engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in handling data, preparing reports, and analyzing sales performance.
  • Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines and achieving targets.
  • Prior experience in real estate or a related field is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
