Must-Have Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience as a .NET Developer
  • Strong hands-on expertise in .NET Core and Web API
  • Extensive experience with XML processing, data transformations, parsing, validation, and integrations
  • Deep knowledge of Entity Framework, Design Patterns, architectural principles, and coding best practices

  • Strong experience in:

  • Requirement analysis

  • Preparing technical and design documents

  • Leading development teams to implement backend and integration-heavy solutions

  • Experience in code reviews, scrum calls, and effort estimations

  • Excellent programming skills and people management capabilities
  • Bachelors degree with 6+ years of experience in designing and implementing workflow-based or transaction-heavy systems

  • Minimum 4 years of experience working with:

  • Event-driven or workflow-driven applications

  • Real-time or near-real-time data systems

  • Systems requiring high data accuracy, traceability, and multistep process execution

  • Expertise in:

  • Architecting process automation platforms or task orchestration systems

  • Designing object models representing process flows, tasks, states, and activities
  • Customizing portals, dashboards, and UI interfaces tied to backend workflows

  • Working with databases that support stateful operations, activity logging, and audit trails

  • Strong exposure to:

  • Automated data collection pipelines

  • Visualization of operational KPIs, logs, or system states
  • Quality checks, efficiency tracking, and multi-stage workflows

  • Managing high-frequency, structured transactional data

  • Solid experience integrating .NET applications with external systems, services, and custom interfaces

  • Ability to lead a team, drive delivery, handle change management, and work effectively in fast-paced environments
  • Strong communication, team collaboration, and presentation skills
  • Preferable: experience with Material UI
  • PMP certification is a plus
