We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, creative understanding, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve optimal campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Develop, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads Manager.
  • Define campaign objectives, budgets, audience targeting, and optimization strategies.
  • Conduct A/B testing for creatives, placements, and audience segments to improve performance.

2. Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Monitor daily campaign performance and make real-time optimizations to improve ROI.
  • Track and analyze KPIs such as CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, impressions, and conversions.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, providing insights, learnings, and recommendations.
  • Use tools such as Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and relevant analytics platforms.

3. Creative & Strategy Collaboration

  • Work closely with designers, content creators, and video editors to develop effective ad creatives.
  • Participate in strategy meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute to campaign ideas.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices for Meta advertising.

4. Client & Brand Integration

  • Assist in creating ad strategy proposals, campaign briefs, and presentation decks.
  • Ensure campaigns reflect client goals, brand tone, and marketing objectives.
  • Attend client meetings as needed to share performance updates and campaign insights.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in Meta Ads / Performance Marketing (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising metrics, retargeting, and funnel strategies.
  • Proficiency in Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
