About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AMS Transformation Specialist to drive and optimize Application Management Services (AMS) for large-scale, global clients. The role involves supporting ADC Ops and the Support Head in tracking and reporting on current projects, while providing strategic guidance for the operationalisation of post go-live support. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Managed Services, Shared Services delivery, and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, and AI-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support ADC Ops and Support Head in monitoring and reporting of ongoing projects.
  • Provide guidance on efficient organization and smooth operationalisation of post go-live AMS support.
  • Drive large-scale Managed Services transformation with a focus on efficiency and automation.
  • Deliver on Shared Services models ensuring high service quality and performance.
  • Leverage tools and solutions such as ServiceNow, Remedy, AI-driven monitoring/automation tools.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across delivery, operations, and clients to ensure successful AMS transformation.
  • Define and implement best practices for AMS governance, reporting, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 13–16 years of experience in Application Management Services (AMS) delivery and transformation.
  • Proven track record of executing large-scale Managed Services projects.
  • Strong experience in Shared Services delivery models.
  • Deep understanding of ITSM tools like ServiceNow, Remedy, and AI-powered AMS solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL/ITSM frameworks, Incident/Problem/Change Management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive AMS transformation initiatives.
