Roles & Responsibilities :
  • Owning and executing the end-to-end QA process for the conversational experience including customer experience outside of Dialogflow.
  • Scripting/Creating test-cases for unit-testing the Dialogflow BOT.
  • Must have prior BOT development or testing experience.
