Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Safety Trainer at our Ujjain location. The Safety Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive safety training programs, promoting health and safety protocols, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Day-to-day tasks include developing training materials, conducting engaging training sessions, assessing employee understanding, and collaborating with teams to improve workplace safety procedures.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Health & Safety protocols and regulations
• Certified NEBOSH qualifications or equivalent certifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey safety practices
• Experience in Training and Safety Training, with the ability to facilitate engaging sessions
• Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a structured manner
• Prior experience in Health, Safety, and Environmental management is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field is preferred
