Job Description:
We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong experience in Eagle STAR, PACE, and Data Management systems to join our growing Capital Markets technology team.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of investment data operations, reference data workflows, and regulatory requirements, along with proven experience in Agile delivery environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements related to Eagle STAR, PACE, and investment data management systems.
- Collaborate with business users, product owners, and technology teams to translate requirements into clear specifications.
- Perform gap analysis, identify data and process improvements, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Support data feeds, validation, and reconciliation within the Eagle ecosystem.
- Coordinate and support UAT, data validation, and production readiness activities.
- Work closely with developers, QA, and stakeholders in an Agile/Scrum environment for end-to-end delivery.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and data governance standards across the data management lifecycle.
Primary Skillset:
- Eagle STAR and PACE strong hands-on or functional knowledge
- Data Management and Data Operations
- Investment Management / Asset Management domain exposure
Secondary Skillset (Good to Have):
- Understanding of Compliance, Security, and Regulatory frameworks
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and tools (JIRA, Confluence)
- Experience working with reference data, performance, and analytics systems
