* Contributing to stakeholder management - Authority, Society, JD Partners
* Liaise with government departments for project approvals.
* Maintain effective working relationships with town planning officers, engineers, and other regulatory officials.
* Coordinate with architects, consultants, legal advisors, and internal teams for smooth submission and tracking of proposals.
* Assist in preparing, submitting, and following up on Development Proposals, IOD (Intimation of Disapproval), CC (Commencement Certificate), OC (Occupation Certificate) and other construction-related approvals.
* Ensure compliance with DCPR (Development Control Promotion Regulations), MRTP Act, and other applicable rules.
* Manage documentation, application forms, drawings, reports, and NOCs required for proposals.
* Maintain a track record of submissions and approvals, project timelines, and file all correspondence systematically.
* Ensure adherence to legal, statutory, and municipal requirements for land and building projects.
* Keep management updated with progress reports, risk areas, and suggestions to expedite approvals
* Design coordination, liaison coordination for approvals, and any additional work required to obtain the Occupation Certificate (OC) for the projectRole & responsibilities
