What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead the technical design and development of the MDM solution for B2B Account data alongside our implementation, platform and data partners.
  • Integrate and harmonize data from Salesforce CRM, enterprise data lake, and hospitality systems to satisfy both real-time and batch use cases.

    party data sources to enrich profile data and identify relationships.
  • Configure and manage match/merge rules, survivorship logic, and data stewardship workflows, to enable streamlined business operations.
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define data mastering rules and governance policies.
  • Provide guidance and direction on complex technical problems, helping the team to navigate challenges and make informed decisions.
  • Ensure adherence to security best practices, including secure coding practices, authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth, JWT), and data protection measures.
  • Monitor and optimize MDM performance, data quality, and exception handling processes.
  • Support data profiling, cleansing, and validation activities.
  • Document technical designs, data flows, and integration patterns.

Experience, Education and Professional Qualifications / What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Informatica MDM solutions.
  • Expert at integrating with Salesforce, data lakes, and third-party APIs.
  • Extensive experience with cloud-based Data Quality tools and ETL processes, including Informatica Cloud Data Quality (DQ), Cloud Application Integration (CAI), and Cloud Data Integration (CDI). Skilled in profiling, cleansing, standardization, and validation of data, as well as designing scalable ETL workflows to support enterprise data integration and transformation.
  • Solid understanding of data governance, data stewardship, and mastering best practices.
  • Expert at working with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, and API authentication mechanisms.
  • Extensive SQL skills and familiarity with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, Snowflake, MySQL or MariaDB).

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the hospitality industry or with hospitality systems (e.g., PMS, CRS).
  • Familiarity with 3

  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data integration tools.
