Job Description – Influencer Acquisition & Community Growth Manager

Location: Work-from-home / Hybrid (PAN India)

Type: Full-Time / Contract

Compensation: Fixed + Performance Incentives (Based on successful conversions)

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Influencer Acquisition & Community Growth Manager to lead our micro-influencer recruitment and activation program under the Sahasra Network.

The candidate should have hands-on experience as a micro-influencer (Instagram/YouTube/Meta with 500+ genuine followers) and must be capable of onboarding, guiding, and managing 100+ influencers within 2 months.

This role is critical to scaling our ATM Franchise influencer program, which pays influencers on successful conversions of franchise sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Influencer Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard micro & nano influencers (minimum 100 in 2 months).
  • Build influencer communities (WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord groups).
  • Verify authenticity of influencers (engagement, audience relevance).
  • Content Training & Guidance
  • Train influencers to create high-impact reels, shorts, and stories using our scripts, video manuals & creatives.
  • Share best practices in posting frequency, hashtags, captions, and engagement hacks.
  • Ensure influencers follow brand-safe guidelines and do not misrepresent offers.
  • Campaign Execution
  • Drive influencer-led promotions of ATM Franchise India services.
  • Motivate influencers with challenges, contests, and recognition to boost participation.
  • Monitor influencer posting activity & consistency.
  • Performance Tracking
  • Track conversions via referral links/codes.
  • Evaluate influencers based on engagement, reach, and conversion rate.
  • Share weekly performance reports with management.
  • Sales Alignment
  • Coordinate with sales teams to ensure influencer leads convert into paying customers.
  • Optimize content & messaging for higher lead-to-conversion ratio.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Personal influencer experience: Active Instagram/YouTube/Meta account with 500+ genuine followers/subscribers.
  • Proven track record in influencer recruitment or affiliate marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of social media growth strategies (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, WhatsApp marketing).
  • Excellent content creation skills (shooting, editing, posting).
  • Strong community management and networking ability.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in tracking KPIs & conversions.
  • Preferred: Prior experience in fintech, affiliate programs, or franchise promotions.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Onboard 100+ influencers in 2 months.
  • Ensure 80% influencers post minimum 2–3 reels per week.
  • Generate 20–30+ confirmed conversions per month.
  • Maintain 100% compliance with branding and legal guidelines.

Compensation

  • Fixed Pay: ₹30,000 to ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience.
  • Incentives: ₹10,000 to ₹25,000 per month, based on performance and successful conversions.
