1) Role Summary

Adapt master creative designs from external agency and produce video content for Keerthi Estates's villa and apartment projects.

Focus on social media assets, ad adaptations, video editing, and motion graphics while maintaining brand guidelines for lead generation campaigns.

Design Responsibilities

Creative Adaptations

Adapt master designs from creative agency for different formats and platforms

Resize and optimize creatives for Meta, Google, YouTube ads (multiple aspect ratios: 1:1, 9:16, 16:9)

Create platform-specific social media posting designs (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube thumbnails)

Brand-Consistent Asset Creation

Follow established brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency

Create quick posting designs for social media (announcements, updates, milestones)

Design WhatsApp creatives, story templates, and GMB posting visuals

Version control and organize adapted assets for campaign use

Video Production & Editing

Video Content Creation

Edit site footage, drone clips, construction updates, and project walkthroughs

Produce platform-specific video cuts: Reels/Shorts (9:16), YouTube videos (16:9), story ads (1:1)

Create video content from provided footage and master creative elements

Motion Graphics & Animation

Animate static designs for video ads and social media

Add motion graphics: text overlays, location maps, amenity highlights, logo animations

Create lower-thirds, supers with RERA disclaimers, and animated CTAs

Sound design, background music integration, and subtitle embedding (English & Telugu)

Performance-Focused Creative

Ad Optimization

Create multiple creative variants for A/B testing campaigns

Quick turnaround adaptations based on performance feedback

Collaborate with performance marketing team for hook variations and creative iterations

Optimize creative elements for better CTR and conversion rates

3) Must-Have Skills & Tools

Design Skills

Experience: 25 years in graphic design + video editing; agency or brand adaptation experience preferred

Portfolio Must Include:

Examples of creative adaptations across multiple formats/platforms

Social media posting designs and brand-consistent work

46 video samples: short-form content (1030s) and longer edits (30s2min)

Motion graphics examples (animated posts, video intros/outros)

Before/after examples showing adaptation process

6) KPIs / Performance Metrics

Speed: Creative adaptation turnaround time (e.g., 4-6 hours for standard adaptations)

Volume: Number of creative variants/posts produced per week

Performance: CTR improvement from creative variations and video completion rates

Quality: Brand guideline adherence score, zero compliance issues

Efficiency: Template creation and process optimization contributions
