Roles and Responsibilities

We are a reputed and fast-growing Real Estate Group headquartered in Ahmedabad, engaged in the development of premium residential and industrial projects. As part of our expansion, we are looking for an experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to lead our Finance & Accounts Department and drive strategic financial growth for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end accounting, taxation, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure statutory compliance with Income Tax, GST, RERA, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and monitor budgets, MIS reports, and oversee financial planning and cost control.
  • Lead internal and statutory audits; ensure accuracy and transparency in financial statements.
  • Provide financial insights, analysis, and recommendations to management for strategic decision-making.
  • Handle project-wise accounting, cash flow management, and fund utilization.
  • Build, train, and supervise the finance & accounts team to enhance efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Prior experience in the real estate or construction industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, GST, and RERA compliance.
  • Proven leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with top management.
