Key Responsibilities:

• Understand the workflow of publishing/ editorial tools used for technical editing and prepress processes.
• Write and execute test cases, test plans, and test scenarios based on business requirements and technical specifications.
• Perform end-to-end testing (functional, regression) for custom-built editing tools.
• Coordinate with developers, BAs, and editorial SMEs to validate tool features and ensure business logic alignment.
• Identify, report, and track defects using tools like JIRA or similar.
• Support UAT testing in Production environment, ensuring delivery readiness.
• Maintain testing samples & documentation, including traceability matrices and release notes.

Required Skills:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in software QA/testing preferably in publishing & Workflow Management System
• Strong understanding of SDLC/STLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong experience in creating Test Scenarios & Test Cases.
• Strong experience in System Testing & API Testing
• Good understanding of cross-browser and cross-platform testing.
• Basic knowledge of automation tools like Selenium or any script-based validation is a plus.
• Experience in defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
