Overview

We're looking for proactive and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Virtual Account Advisors. This entry-level role is perfect for anyone who wants to develop experience in client support, account coordination, and administrative work — all in a virtual environment. We provide full training and mentorship to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Maintain and update client account records using internal systems.
  • Support scheduling, follow-ups, and documentation to ensure smooth operations.
  • Work with teammates to resolve issues and enhance the client experience.
  • Track deadlines, escalate concerns, and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Clear and professional communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Organized, dependable, and comfortable with online tools.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in a virtual setting.
